Health supportive practices to deal with air pollution

Air pollution and wildfire smoke have been repeated issues during this summer season. It is likely that this will be a continuing trend as climate change escalates.

In this vlog - complete with drawings by moi :) - I share some practices to support our lungs and health in general as we deal with increasing amounts of air pollution from various sources.

As you will see, my drawing abilities are limited, but I enjoyed the challege of trying to convey what I was saying with images of my own creation. It is part of my own practice of finding ways to bring more creativity into what I do. AND there is some evidence to suggest that these types of visuals (amateur though they may be) are better to keep people interested in the topics being discussed.

I welcome your thoughts and feedback.

Yours in health and solidarity,

Dr. Nicole
